title : KL
Been in KL for 6 days now. After reaching TARC hostel on 16th May i went to Jenjarom with my eldest sister. As the next day there was a pre-camp for the coming JYC which is on the 31st of May until 4th of June. When she reached the Wangsa Maju Putra Station, she asked me to go n meet her there as she didn't know this area well. There i was, first day here and she expected me to go and meet her there. So i took my chance and started walking. I got lost once and finally reached the station drenched in sweat. Then we went back to my hostel, rested and i packed for our 3 days 2 nights pre-camp.

When we left the hostel it was about 7pm. Then we decided to try walking to the Taman Melati Putra Station. God knows it was so far away. We walked for about an hr, carrying a laptop and bag full of clothes. I swear i felt like giving up and just staying there beside the road. We came to a small grocery shop and bought water. We saw this kid using a Rm50 to buy a can of drink. The owner of the shop immediately scolded him roughly. Apparently it turned out to be a fake note. The kid was so scared he turned all white and speechless. Me n my sister quickly left the shop and caught a taxi to Wangsa Maju Station. Exhausted and all sweaty, we reached a bus station at somewhere which i forgot, took a bus from there to Klang, then another bus from Klang to Jenjarom. When we finally turn in, it was 3am. My first day in KL was as tiring as exhausting as that.

The next day we woke up at 6.30am to go to Balakong which is where the pre-camp and actual camp is gonna be held. The program that day was so packed that i slept only at 1am. After the pre-camp i went back to Tarc Hostel as the next day orientation starts. My room mate which is Sze Chee came back from Malacca with her family on the day of orientation.

My worst nightmare happened - no internet. It turned out that we had to register for wireless in hostel. But we were quite busy so i did not get the chance to do so. Many say its not worth. But hey i can online thats good enough. Although i have to say good bye to maple for now and see u in September(thats when i move out)! KL is extremely hot and we have to walk to the campus everyday. Looking at the map and loosing our way. Always sweating and soon to be tanned by the scorching sun. However friends who came to Tarc are a console to me as i know there will always be someone there to help me out. =) I miss Miri; the air we breathe, the water we drink, the internet we use, the food we eat and the 18 yrs i spent there. Good bye Miri and Helo college life.
